"When the body becomes more aligned through Rolfing, the posture can become taller, straighter and free from chronic pain" - Dr. Ida P Rolf
How I got into Rolfing
My experience with Rolfing started when I was over enthusiastic in my yoga practice and I injured my lower back. A Rolfer told me that my bad posture was putting constant strain on my back which was the root of my back pain and suggested that Rolfing would help.Among the benefits I received from Rolfing is the ability to stand straight without any effort, the straightening of my leg and feet, better flexibility and the removal of back and knee pain. I also felt more balanced in my body with a greater sense of calm and confidence.
These wonderful changes prompted me to become a Rolfer and I am very grateful for the ability to practice this work.
