"When the body becomes more aligned through Rolfing, the posture can become taller, straighter and free from chronic pain" - Dr. Ida P Rolf

How I got into Rolfing

My experience with Rolfing started when I was over enthusiastic in my yoga practice and I injured my lower back. A Rolfer told me that my bad posture was putting constant strain on my back which was the root of my back pain and suggested that Rolfing would help.

Among the benefits I received from Rolfing is the ability to stand straight without any effort, the straightening of my leg and feet, better flexibility and the removal of back and knee pain. I also felt more balanced in my body with a greater sense of calm and confidence.

These wonderful changes prompted me to become a Rolfer and I am very grateful for the ability to practice this work.
